摘要
为了有效对制造企业产品研发过程进行管理,提出了基于活动及其实现过程(ProA)建模单元的过程模型的建立方法。建模过程中详细讨论了产品研发过程集成管理、ProA的信息化和研发过程建立步骤。通过机电产品研发过程建模实例研究说明了其实用性。
To manage product research and development process of industrial enterprise in effect,method of constructing process model based on ProA modelling unit has been brought out.lt has discussed product research and development process integrated management,ProA informationlization and process modeling steps in detail.Finally,application research to the mechatronics product research and development modeling is given to validate the applicability.
