摘要
介绍我国畜禽产品质量安全问题,重点分析了药物残留超标原因及应对措施。介绍了标准物质在畜禽产品质量安全监测体系中的应用,以及畜禽产品中抗病毒类药物监测用标准物质的国内外研究与应用情况。
Quality safety problems of animal products in our country were introduced. The causes and response measures of drug residue overweight were analyzed. The applications of reference materials in monitor system for animal products quality safety were introduced, as well as the domestic and foreign research development in antiviral drug reference materials used for animal products monitor.
