摘要
我国是一个饲料生产和消耗大国,而饲料在储存、运输、销售和使用过程中,极易发生霉变,霉菌的大量生长和繁殖对饲料产生污染,因而饲料的防腐保鲜问题尤为重要。文章综述了近几年国内外饲料防霉剂的开发及其应用现状。
China is a country which have large amount of feed production and consumption. But feed prones to be contaminated by mildew in the process of storage, transportation, sale and use. Thus the feed mould inhibitor ef- fect is particularly important. In this paper, the development and application of feed mould inhibitor were discussed.
