摘要
硬皮病病机特点是外邪侵袭、经脉痹阻,气血亏虚、邪气痹阻,脏腑亏虚、痰淤阻络,主要与肺脾肾三脏有关,以肾为主。治疗有内治:辨证论治、辨病分期治疗、中成药治疗;外治:热敷、熏蒸、针刺拔罐。存在问题:本病的慢性进程,治疗周期较长,患者治疗依从性不好是治疗中一大难点。治疗中,单纯的辨病论治有一定局限性,疗效不够满意,因此应辨证施治,综合治疗。
The pathogenesis characteristics of scleroderma are the attacks,meridians bizu,deficiency of qi and blood,evil bizu,visceradeficiency,phlegm YuZu collaterals,mainly related with the lung,spleen and kidney three visceras,give priority to kidney.Treatments are ： insides： treatment based on syndrome differentiation,treatment of disease staging,TCMtreatment;outsides： hot compress,fumigation,acupuncture cutem.The problems： the progress of this diease is chronic,the cycle of treatment is long and the big problem is the patients＇ bad compliance.Simple treatment based on disease have certain limitations,and the curative effect is not satisfying,so treatment based on syndrome differentiation and comprehensive treatment should be adopted.
