摘要
针对体操理论知识要为体操教学实践服务这一问题,提出了体操普修课理论与实践相结合教学的思路,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、层次分析法、数理统计法、实验法,以体操普修课理论与实践相结合的教学策略为自变量,学生的技能、技术、理论水平等为因变量进行实证研究。实验结果显示:实验组和对照组学生在体操技能水平上具有高度显著性差异;在理论水平上具有显著性差异;在技术水平上没有显著性差异。
Basing on the concept that gymnastics theory should serve for gymnastics teaching practice, the idea which gymnastics general course theory combines with teaching has been put forward. Via literature material, questionnaire, stratum analysis, statistics, experimental method , this thesis carries out an empirical research by regarding the teaching strategy that combine gymnastics general course theory with practice as the independent variable while the students' skill, and their theoretical level as dependent variable. The experimental result indicates: The experiment group and control group have a dramatic difference in gymnastics techniques and the theory level but with on sharp difference in skill level.
