摘要
锌合金拉链头压铸自动生产线由锌合金熔化、自动加料系统、压铸及分料系统、自动回炉送料系统等部分构成,采用PID控制实现熔炉温度的可调可控,基于S7-300和S7-200构建无线以太网PLC控制系统实现自动加料控制,采用共用一套PLC的一体化控制方法实现压铸和分料的控制,基于Omron CJ2M和CP1E构建RS232无线通信PLC控制系统实现自动回炉送料控制,并采用基于机位的动态优先级算法实现了加料和回炉送料系统中运料任务的选取。应用结果表明,按所述方法实现的拉链头压铸全自动生产流水线,完全能够达到按需实时均衡送料,且系统维护方便,可靠性高。
Abstract: The automatic production line for zinc alloy zipper puller die-casting consists of melting, automatic charging system, die-casting and seperating system, automatic scrap return system. The melting furnace temperature is adjusted by PID control, and the automatic charging system is accomplished by constructing wireless Ethernet PLC control system on basis of S7-300 and S7-200. The die-casting and seperating system uses the integrated control method through sharing a set of PLC; the automatic scrap return and feeding control is realized by RS232 wireless communication PLC control system based on Omron CJ2M and CP1E. In addition, the carriage task in automatic charging system and scrap return system is completed on basis of dynamic priority algorithm for target position. The application results show that, the on-demand and real-time balance feeding can be completely achieved by the automatic production line for zipper puller die-casting, and has the advantages of convenient system maintenance and high reliability.
