介绍了一种基于传统冲床改进的送料系统。详细说明了系统的体系结构、运动控制系统、送料台架的设计原则,阐明了基于PC、运动控制卡控制2轴伺服电机的设计方法,板材版面自动排版的设计思路,并具体给出了软件G代码的解释、执行方法。
This paper presents an improved numerical control feed system based on a traditional punch machine and the detailed explanation for such hardware system as structure,control and feed bench. The paper also presents its software design. We employ graphical analysis to implement automatic sheet metal typesetting and give an instance to demonstrate the use of G-code.
