摘要
目的:研究合成冰片对非孕大鼠离体子宫平滑肌运动的影响及其作用机制,为临床安全合理使用冰片提供参考。方法:采用BL-420生物机能实验系统,观察不同浓度冰片对非孕大鼠离体子宫平滑肌的影响;并观测一定浓度冰片对缩宫素、氯化乙酰胆碱、阿托品等工具药对子宫平滑肌的部分影响机制。结果:①冰片对非孕大鼠离体子宫平滑肌呈先兴奋后抑制的作用,且抑制作用随浓度递增而增强,当冰片的终浓度为3.92×10-2mg/ml时,子宫平滑肌呈现明显的松弛状态。②冰片2.63×10-2mg/ml能明显对抗缩宫素引起的收缩张力、峰面积、频率增加(P<0.01);再次加入缩宫素能明显增强冰片后的子宫平滑肌的收缩频率(P<0.01)。③冰片2.63×10-2mg/ml能显著对抗氯化乙酰胆碱引起的收缩张力、峰面积、频率增加(P<0.01),再次加入氯化乙酰胆碱,对冰片后的子宫平滑肌没有明显影响;冰片2.63×10-2mg/ml能协同阿托品进一步抑制子宫平滑肌的张力、峰面积(P<0.05)、频率(P<0.01),加入氯化乙酰胆碱,对阿托品与冰片处置后的离体子宫平滑肌未能产生显著性兴奋作用。结论:冰片对非孕大鼠离体子宫平滑呈现显著抑制作用,并能抑制缩宫素、乙酰胆碱所致的子宫平滑肌兴奋,有拟阿托品样作用,推测冰片通过部分阻断抗利尿激素受体和完全阻断M受体而发挥抑制效应。
Objective：To investigated varomatic resuscitation drugs borneol on non-pregnant rat uterine smooth muscle in vitro and its mechanism of action to provide a reference for clinical use borneol safely.Methods： Use BL-420 Data Acquisition and Analysis System,Effect of different concentrations of borneol on non-pregnant rat uterine smooth muscle in vitro,and observe the influence of non-pregnant rat uterine smooth muscle in vitro on one concentration of borneol after use tool drugs like oxytocin,acetylcholine,atropine,to discuss the mechanism of the effect partly.Results： ① Non-pregnant rat uterine smooth muscle in vitro was suppressed after the first excitement of borneol,but the inhibition with increasing concentrations of borneol was getting stronger.When the final concentration of borneol was 3.92 × 10-2mg/ml,uterine showed obvious relaxed state.②The concentration of borneol 2.63 × 10-2mg/ml can significantly confront oxytocin induced contraction tension,peak area,the frequency increased（P 0.01）;rejoined oxytocin can significantly enhanced the uterine smooth muscle contraction frequency after added borneol（P 0.01）.③The concentration of borneol 2.63 × 10-2mg/ml can cooperate with atropine suppress the tension of the smooth muscle of the uterus further,the peak area（P 0.05）,the frequency（P 0.01）,after atropine added borneol and added the acetylcholine chloride,uterine smooth muscle failed to produce significant excitatory effect.Conclusion： The results showed： borneol showed significant inhibition to non-pregnant rats uterine smooth muscle in vitro.And can inhibit oxytocin,acetylcholine caused the uterine smooth muscle excitability,and play a role quasi atropine.Conjecture that borneol play a role in inhibitory action by partially blocking the antidiuretic hormone receptors and completely blocking the M receptors.
