摘要
红层软岩广泛分布于我国西南、西北、华中及华南地区,其具有易崩解、易风化、遇水易软化等特点。其作为地基填料,若未经科学合理处理,往往容易引发不同程度的开裂、沉陷甚至滑塌等病害。以中-贵联络线广元分输压气站填方工程为例,在对场地内红层软岩崩解性、压实性以及压实体水稳定性和膨胀性充分试验研究的基础上,结合场地试验段工程实践,提出了一整套红层软岩填料的合理填筑施工工艺,最终取得了良好应用效果。
Red layer of soft rock is widely distributed in China's southwest,northwest,central and southern China,which is easy-disintegrated,easy to be softened and has low weathering resistance.When it is utilized as foundation stuffing material without scientific and reasonable treatment in advance,it is easy to see varying degrees of ground diseases such as fissure,large settlement and even collapse.In this paper,the filling project of Guangyuan station on Zhongwei-Guizhou Pipeline Project is selected as a case to analyse this problem.On the base of full experiments of disintegrative properties,compactability,water stability and dilatancy of compacted fill body on red layer of soft rock,and combining some similar engineering practices,here put forward a set of reasonable construction technology for soft red layer stuffing in filling project,and the final result shows that it is effective and has very good application prospect.
