摘要
高校体育教学、学生身体锻炼 ,除了要进行单纯力量练习外 ,还要付出相当的时间进行跳高、跳远、球类练习。
Strength drill is one of the targets of high school physical teaching. More important targets such as high jump, length jump and ball sports need flexibility. This article indicates that deep jumping drill is the best way to improve students' flexibility.
