摘要
神经酰胺(ceramide,CE)是人体自身存在的一类复杂多样的脂质,不仅是维持细胞膜结构的重要组分,而且能够对细胞生长、分化、凋亡等多种生理活动进行调节,可作为第二信使转运凋亡信号,在细胞凋亡过程中具有决定性作用。综述神经酰胺的生成及代谢过程,概括其抗肿瘤及逆转多药耐药的作用机制,可帮助了解其作为药物载体或药物在肿瘤治疗领域的最新进展。
Ceramide is an endogenous complex sphingolipid. It is not only an important component for maintaining cell membrane structure, but also involved in various physiological activities such as cell growth, differentiation, apoptosis and senescence, which can be considered as a second signal messager to play an important role in the process of apoptosis. It is necessary to review the process of ceramide generation and metabolism, discuss the mechanism of anti-cancer and reverse-multidrug resistence, also introduce the recent advance on ceramide as anti-cancer drug or as a novel drug carrier.
