摘要
目的:探讨护理干预对脑出血急性期患者的影响。方法:选取我院神经内科2009年10月～2011年10月入院治疗的脑出血急性期患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,两组患者在实施基础治疗后,观察组实施综合护理干预措施,对照组实施常规护理干预措施,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:观察组平均住院时间少于对照组,焦虑情绪的发生率低于对照组,对护士的工作满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:对处于急性期的脑出血患者采取及时有效的综合护理干预措施,能够降低其焦虑情绪的发生率、提高患者满意度及缩短平均住院时间,从而提高患者预后生存质量。
Objective：To discuss the acute cerebral hemorrhage during the patient＇s clinical effectiveness and nursing effect. Metheds：Chese 90 cases with acute cerebral hemorrhage in neurology department from October 2009 to October 2011 were randomly divided into ohsenation group and control group,two groups of patients in the implementation of the basic troatment,observation group implementation of integrated nursing interventions,control group received routine nursing interventions,the clinical effect of two groups were compared. Results：In the observation group,the average hospitalization time was less than that of the control group, the incidence rate of anxiety lower than those in the control group, the nurses job satisfaction was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05 ,P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion：The patients with the implementation of integrated nursing can help patients with cerebral hemorrhage acute phase treatment,can reduce concurrencyof the occurrence of the discese,reduce mortality and improve the prognosis of patients with the quality of life.
