摘要
目的探讨反射疗法与负离子治疗在2型糖尿病康复中的应用效果.方法选取2019年1—12月郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院收治的2型糖尿病患者60例,采用随机数字表法进行分组,各30例,对照组施以常规药物治疗,试验组施以反射疗法联合负离子治疗,观察患者治疗前及治疗2个月后的空腹血糖、血小板聚集率、血栓长度、血栓湿重、血栓干重、衰老症状积分、血清过氧化脂质(LPO)的变化情况.结果与治疗前相比,治疗2个月后试验组的空腹血糖、血小板聚集率、衰老症状积分、LPO水平明显降低,血栓长度明显缩短,血栓湿重、血栓干重明显减轻,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论反射疗法与负离子治疗在2型糖尿病中的康复效果良好,不仅能够降低空腹血糖、血小板聚集率、衰老症状积分、LPO水平,同时能够缩短血栓长度,减轻血栓湿重、血栓干重.
Objective To explore the effect of reflex and negative ion therapy in type 2 diabetes.Meth⁃ods From January to December 2019,60 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Luoyang Central Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the experimental group was treated with reflexology combined with negative ion therapy.The fasting blood glucose,platelet aggregation rate,thrombus length,thrombus wet weight,thrombus dry weight,and aging symptom score were observed before and 2 months after treatment.Results Compared with pre-treatment,after 2 months of treatment,the fasting blood glucose,platelet aggregation rate,aging symptom score,LPO level of the experimental group were significantly reduced,the length of the thrombus was significantly shortened,the wet weight of the thrombus and the dry weight of the thrombus were significantly reduced,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Reflexology and negative ion therapy have a good recovery effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.They can not only reduce the fasting blood glucose,platelet aggregation rate,aging symptom score and LPO level,but also shorten the length of thrombus,reduce the wet weight of thrombus,dry weight of thrombus.
