摘要
采用恒温厌氧发酵装置,在35℃和TS为8%的条件下,研究奶牛粪、肉牛粪与稻草、玉米秸秆、麦秆分别在1:9,3:7,5:5,7:3,9:1五种不同配比下混合发酵的产气效果。试验结果表明:在相同条件下,麦秆与奶牛粪以1:9混合发酵的累计产气量最高,为13245 mL,最低的是麦秆与肉牛粪以1:9的混合配比,仅5585 mL。而稻草与奶牛粪以3:7混合配比的总甲烷含量最高,达6573 mL,占总产气量的52%,最低为麦秆与肉牛粪以1:9混合配比,仅2565 mL,占总产气量的46%。稻草、玉米秸秆、麦秆与奶牛粪、肉牛粪混合发酵时,其混合配比决定着总产量与甲烷含量,且与发酵周期的长短有关,另外pH值对厌氧发酵也有重要影响。
A simulation experiment under the constant temperature of 35℃ and TS of 8% was conducted with 5 different mixing ratio of cow dung and straw, including ratio of 1: 9, 3: 7, 5: 5, 7: 3, 9: 1. The experimental results showed that un- der the uniform fermentation condition, the maximum cumulative biogas yield was 13245 mL by the wheat-straw and dairy cow dung ratio of 1 : 9, and the minimum was 5585 mL by wheat-straw and beef cattle dung ratio of 1 : 9. The highest meth- ane production was 6573 mL by rice straw and dairy cow dung ratio of 3: 7, which was 52% of total gas volume. The lowest methane production was 2565 mL by wheat-straw and beef cattle dung ratio of 1 : 9, which was 46% of total gas volume. And it was identified that the cumulative biogas yield and methane content had important relation with cow dung and straw ratio. And it was also related with fermentation period and pH.
