摘要
新农村建设的实质是要提高农民生活质量,即要使农民的生活实现全面小康。实现全面小康的目标需要数量足够、清洁方便的能源支持。在农村发展新能源是满足新农村建设对能源需求的必由之路。大力发展以沼气和秸秆优质转化利用为主的现代生物质能技术,应用应是未来农村能源的战略重点。
Improving the living quality and achieving well-off in rural areas is the core of the tasks.To achieve the targets of well-off in rural areas,it is necessary to supply sufficient and cleaning energy.To meet the energy(demand) for new village construction,the only way is developing new and renewable energy.Therefore,strengthening development of biogas and qualified biomass should be the key strategy of rural energy in future.
