摘要
用正交试验法研究用水量、水胶比、再生细骨料取代率、粉煤灰等量取代水泥率对粉煤灰再生混凝土砌块抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明,影响粉煤灰再生混凝土砌块抗压强度各因素的主次顺序是:用水量、粉煤灰取代率、水胶比、再生细骨料取代率。通过分析提出了粉煤灰再生混凝土砌块的最优配合比为:用水量160 kg/m3、水胶比0.35、再生细骨料取代30%机制砂、粉煤灰取代10%水泥。
The influence of water amount,water-cement ratio,recycled fine aggregate replacement ratio,and fly ash cement re- placement rate on the same amount on the compressive strength of the recycled fly ash concrete blocks were investigated through orthogonal test. Experimental results show that the priority of factors are:water amount,fly ash cement replacement ratio,water-ce- ment ratio,and recycled fine aggregate replacement rate. Through analysis,this paper put forward the optimal mixing proportion of the proposed recycled fly ash concrete blocks:water of 160 kg/m3,water-cement ratio of 0.35,recycled fine aggregate replace 30% machined sand,and fly ash replacing 10% cement.
