摘要
在2012年"华佗杯"全国针灸推拿临床技能大赛的赛前训练中,创新性地运用了微格训练教学模式,取得了优异成绩。认为微格训练教学模式具有目标明确,内容集中,重点突出的特点,训练过程易观测、可对比、可模仿、可循环,做到学生自评-选手互评-老师点评的结合,评价客观、准确,并为课后练习提供便捷,是一种科学、实用、高效的技能操作训练方法。值得进一步研究、推广。
In pre-competition training of The National Clinical Skills Contest of Acupuncture and Massage of＂Hua Tuo Cup＂ in 2012, the innovative micro-training teaching mode was applied and got excellent results. The micro-training teaching mode has a clear objective, concentrated content, outstanding features and the training process is easy to observe and is comparable, imitable and recycled. In addition, the teaching mode has a combination of students＇ self-assessment-players＇ mutual evaluationteachers＇ comments and its evaluation is objective and accurate and provides some conveniences for exercises after class. So it is a scientific practical and high-efficiency skill training method, and is worth further studying and promoting.
