摘要
高职酒店管理专业设立的初衷是为酒店业培养高素质高技能型专业人才。针对当前高职酒店管理专业人才培养过程中存在的问题,提出专兼并重,强化"双师素质"教师队伍建设;工学结合,构建适应培养酒店职业能力的课程体系;注重学习环境设计,加强职业素质养成教育;校企深度融合,突出酒店管理专业能力培养;培育管理意识,提升管理能力等实现人才培养目标的对策。
The important mission of hotel management education in higher vocational colleges is to train high-quality and high- skilled professionals for the hotel industry. According to the existing problems in current hotel management talents training, the countermeasures to realize the talents cultivating goals are put forward as the followings： reinforcing full-time and part-time teachers and strengthening the ＂ double teacher ＂ building; working integrated learning, constructing the curriculum adapting to hotel professional abilities, paying attention to the design of study environment, strengthening vocational quality education, school-enterprise cooperation, emphasizing hotel management professional competence cultivating to induce the management awareness and management capacity.
