摘要
本文结合苏州规划区现有水井、供水管网,在水文地质条件研究、苏锡常地面沉降模型建设的基础上,提出黄色、橙色、红色三级预警系统的构思,分别应对不同级别的应急事件、供水规模,提出各级应急供水规划建议。在此基础上进行地下水水流与地面沉降模拟。模拟结果表明,除了黄色预警系统外,其它级别都将引发不同程度的地面沉降。为降低地面沉降风险,文中还建议应急预案各级别应设置相应的启动权限。
Based on hydrogeology research of Suzhou and land subsidence model of Suzhou, Wuxi and Changzhou, combined with the experience of existing well and water supply network, a plan of three-level warning system including yellow, orange and red is proposed which deals with different levels of emergency. Recommendation on water supply for different levels of emergency is also proposed. On this basis, the groundwater flow and land subsidence simulation was carried out. The simulation result shows that in addition to the yellow warning, the emergency of the other levels will cause surface subsidence more and less. In order to reduce the risk of land subsidence, the lunch permission should be set for each level of emergency.
