摘要
针对建设应急供水水源地是维持城市社会稳定、保障经济快速发展、提高应对突发事件供水保障能力的有利措施,探讨了应急供水水源地相关概念、特征及选取原则,并以沈阳市新城子区长河羊肠河流域为例,论证了建设应急供水水源地的可行性。结果表明,根据不同的地下水应急供水方案建立后备水源地或应急供水水源地均行之有效,为该区域地下水应急供水水源地建设提供了参考。
In view of that constructing emergency water supply field is propitious to maintain social stability, guarantee rapid development of economy and increase safe water supply measure under unpredictable emergency situation, the related concepts, the characteristics and the principles are discussed. Taking the emergency water resource field of Changhe-Yangchanghe Basin in Xinchengzi region in Shenyang for an example, the feasibility of building an emergency water source field is demonstrated. The results show that constructing of reserved water source filed or emergency water source field is effective in terms of the different emergency water supply schemes. It also provides reference for the building emergency water source field in this region.
