摘要
采用自制的高频重载杆端关节轴承摩擦磨损试验机,在摆动频率3 Hz,接触应力8 MPa条件下试验分析了铜基粉末冶金和青铜衬垫杆端关节轴承的摩擦因数、温升和磨损情况,借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)检查分析了2种衬垫的表面磨损差异。结果表明:铜基粉末冶金衬垫轴承的摩擦学性能优于青铜衬垫,且前者为轻微磨粒磨损,后者为严重磨粒磨损。
The friction coefficients, temperature rises and wear depths of two kinds of rod end spherical plain bearings with copper base powder metallurgy and bronze liner under oseillating frequencies of 3 Hz and contact pressure of 8 MPa are analyzed by a homemade high oscillating frequency and heavy load tribo - tester. The differences of worn surfaees of the two liners are investigated by SEM. The results show that the tribological properties of the bearing with copper base powder metallurgy liner are better than those of the bronze liner. The mild abrasive wear is appeared on the surface of the bearing with a copper base powder metallurgy liner, while the bearing with a bronze liner appears serious abrasive wear.
