摘要
综述近10年来国内、外对自润滑关节轴承摩擦磨损行为的研究成果,总结了不同条件下材料的摩擦磨损机理,对影响自润滑关节轴承摩擦磨损性能的因素进行了分析,并提出了对其研究中存在的问题及研究方向。
The tribologlcal performance of self-lubrication spherical bearing investigated by numerous studies in recent ten years is reviewed. Friction and wear mechanisms of differem materials are discussed. The effects of speed, load and different liner material on the tribological properties are analyzed. The problems of friction and wear properties are proposed that may exist in self-lubrication spherical bearing. It is suggested that high speed, heavy load and thermal behavior are the future research topics in self-lubrication spherical bearing.
