摘要
目的:研究地塞米松磷酸钠注射液有关物质检验方法。方法:在固定某一温度的情况下,更换不同厂家色谱柱对样品进行分析。结果:供试品溶液中杂质峰相对主峰保留时间的值波动较大。结论:应进一步完善标准,提高有关物质检验方法的稳定性和准确性。
