摘要
目的:研究和完善地塞米松磷酸钠注射液的检验方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法、紫外分光光度法,对不同厂家的地塞米松磷酸钠注射液进行检验分析。结果:不同厂家生产的地塞米松磷酸钠注射液,其高效液相图谱、紫外图谱有差异。结论:建议完善现行地塞米松磷酸钠注射液检验标准。
Objective ：To Study on the analysis methods to Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection. Methods： Adopt ttPLC and UV to test and analyze the testing methods to Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection from different manufac turers. Results ：Tile maps of HPLC and UV for testing Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection from different manufactur ers are different. Conclusion：Amend the actual analysis criterions to Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection.
