摘要
分析了网络分析仪同轴校准后测量波导器件的主要误差来源,提出了一种适用于波导器件网络参数的误差修正方法。波导-同轴转换是双端口网络分析仪同轴校准后测量波导器件网络参数的最大误差来源。通过分析研究网络分析仪基本校准原理和全二端口校准误差模型,将波导-同轴转换引入的误差项与待测网络构建误差信号流程图,通过已知波导匹配负载和波导短路器的网络参数建立误差修正方程,求解误差修正方程得到待测波导器件的精确网络参数。该修正方法应用于X波段波导器件的测量,结果表明:待测器件传输损耗的修正结果与真值最大偏差小于0.1 dB,电压驻波比的修正结果与真值的最大偏差小于0.05。
A kind of error correction method for the network parameters of waveguide is introduced in the paper. The main error sources in measurement of waveguide devices with the network analyzer being coaxial calibrated are shown. The coaxial calibration of two-port Network analyzer is often used to measure the network parameters of waveguide. As a result, the waveguide-coaxial adapter, which needs to be inserted between network analyzer and waveguide, is the main error sources of the network parameters of waveguide. Based on the analysis of network analyzer's basis calibration principle and full two-port calibration error model, the signal flow chart of error correc- tion is established to set up the error correction equations. The accurate network parameters of waveguide device are attained through solving these equations. The correction method is used in the measurement of X-band waveguide successfully. The results indicate that the standing wave measurement error is less than 0.05 and the transmission loss error is less than 0.1 dB.
