摘要
随着对锰矿的开发利用,国内高品位的锰矿资源已日趋枯竭,而低品位的锰矿大量产出,研究回收低品位锰矿中的锰具有重要的战略意义。根据国内外对低品位锰矿中锰的提取和利用的研究,分别从工艺的选择、还原剂的选取、锰矿的颗粒大小及性质、反应条件几个方面对低品位锰矿中浸取锰工艺进行了总结,旨在为如何经济合理的利用低品位锰矿和将研究结果应用于实践提供参考。
As the recovery of manganese values from low-grade of manganese ore in important strategic significance with the development and utilization of manganese, high-grade manganese resources keep depleting, while the lowgrade ores are gaining great quantities. According to the researches of extraction and utilization of manganese in low-grade manganese ore, this article summarizes the effects of several aspects on extracted manganese from low grade manganese ore, including choosing the process, selecting the reducing agent, particulate size and properties of manganese ore and the reaction conditions, respectively. It tells how to economic and reasonable use of manganese in low-grade manganese ore and apply the results to provide guidance to practice.
