摘要
以耐冷性不同的茄子单性结实材料(D-11)和非单性结实材料(00-13)幼苗为试验材料,在人工气候室内进行低温(5℃)处理,研究了低温胁迫对茄子幼苗叶片光合特性和叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明:随着低温胁迫时间的延长,幼苗叶片的净光合速率下降,胞间CO2浓度先升高后降低,蒸腾速率和气孔导度则先下降后增加;最大光化学效率、光合电子传递速率和光化学猝灭系数普遍降低,而非光化学淬灭系数具有升高的趋势。单性结实材料叶片吸收的光能中用于有效电子传递的比例较高,光合受抑程度较轻;耐性差的材料电子传递速率下降明显,过剩激发能高,光合活性受损较严重,光合作用能力减弱幅度较大。
Taking the eggplant parthenocarpy ( D-11 ) and non-parthenocarpy (00-13) seedlings of different cold tolerance as materials, low temperature (5 ℃ ) stress was treated in the artificial climate chamber, and the effects of low temperature on photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescent parameters of eggplant seedlings were studied. The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate was decreased, the intercellular CO2 concentration was increased in the former stage ( before 2 days) then decreased ( after 2 days), the transpiration rate and stomatal conductance were decreased first and then increased in leaves of eggplant seedlings with the prolongation of the low temperature stress time. The maximal photochemical efficiency, photosynthetic electron transport rate, photochemical quenching coefficient were generally decreased, and non photochemical quenching coefficient in leaves of eggplant seedlings was increased slowly. It suggested that the proportion of the light energy absorbed by leaf of parthenocarpy material for efficient electron transfer was higher, and photosynthesis of that was inhibited to a lesser degree. The electron transfer rate of poor tolerance material was decreased significantly, excess excitation energy of that was higher, photosynthetic activity was more serious damaged, and photosynthetic capacity was decreased greatly.
