摘要
在Adams/Car环境中建立某车麦弗逊前悬架的多刚体模型和刚柔耦合模型,分别对其进行双轮同向激振仿真,分析车轮定位参数的变化规律.结果证明刚柔耦合模型和多刚体模型分析结果基本一致.针对车轮定位参数变化规律的不合理性,利用Adams/Insight对悬架部分硬点进行灵敏度分析并优化硬点坐标,使车轮定位参数在一定的范围内变化,改善悬架的性能.
A multi-rigid body model and a rigid-flexible coupling model of a Mcpherson front suspension are built by Adams/Car, the parallel wheel travel simulation is simulated, and the change rule of wheel alignment parameters is analyzed. The results show that the analysis of rigid-flexible coupling model and multi-rigid body model are basically the same. Based on the unreasonableness of the wheel alignment parameter change rule, the sensitivity of some hard points are analyzed by Adams/Insight and the hard point coordinates are optimized, and then the wheel alignment parameters can only be changed in a certain range. The suspension performance is improved.
