摘要
停车场资源配置失当加剧停车难和交通拥堵,从城市空间角度对停车场资源优化配置进行研究具有紧迫性、可行性和长远性。首先,分析中国大城市停车场资源配置现状并阐释停车场资源配置失当;第二,从城市空间角度对优化配置停车场资源进行理论分析;第三,尝试构建停车场资源—停车收费模型,以期从城市空间角度优化配置停车场资源;最后,提出政策建议。
The misallocation of parking resources aggravated the puzzle of city parking and the traffic conges- tion, and optimizing the parking resources allocation from the perspective of urban space has the urgency, feasibil- ity and long-term significance. The authors firstly theoretical analysis of the optimizing the parking parking resources the policy proposal. parking analyze the situation of the parking allocation; secondly give the allocation based on the urban space; thirdly try to construct the charge model, which can optimize the distribution of parking resources; last givethe policy proposal.
