摘要
目的 比较研究大鼠灌胃复方芍药甘草汤和单味甘草汤后甘草酸、甘草次酸的药代动力学特征 ,以希望对芍药甘草汤配伍的合理性进行解释。方法 采用HPLC测定血浆中甘草酸和甘草次酸的含量。结果 大鼠灌胃芍药甘草汤组较灌胃甘草汤组甘草酸和甘草次酸血药浓度、生物利用度显著增高 ,表明芍药与甘草配伍具有协同作用。结论 芍药与甘草配伍具有合理性。
OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacokinetics and bioavailability of glycyrrhizin (GL) and glycyrrhetic acid (GA) after oral administration of Paeonia and Glycyrrhizae Rad.decoction in rats.METHOD The plasma concentrations of GL and GA were detected by HPLC.RESULTS Both the plasma concentrations and bioavailability values of GL and GA appeared significant different.CONCLUSION There was synergism in the action of Paeonia and Glycyrrhizae Rad.decoction.
