摘要
正确处理经济发展与人居环境的关系对可持续发展意义重大。文中采用综合评价指数、协调发展度模型、剪刀差法和协调发展耦合度模型,分别研究了石家庄2002-2010年经济系统与人居环境系统的发展状况、耦合协调状态、发展速度差异和耦合状态的演化趋势。结果表明:研究期间,石家庄经济系统综合评价指数稳定上升,人居环境系统呈先慢后快的上升趋势,后者发展速度总体上快于前者;经济系统与人居环境系统的协调发展度在研究期内不断提高,说明经济与人居环境的关系持续改善;经济系统与人居环境系统的剪刀差呈先下降后上升再下降的波浪形,即二者发展趋势之间的差异先减小后增大再减小;经济与人居环境的耦合度分布于0°<β<90°范围内,二者处于协调发展阶段,耦合度β表现为先下降后上升。虽然"十一五"期间石家庄人居环境得到了明显的改善,与经济系统最终走向协调,但仍需继续加大其提升的力度。
It had great significance for sustainable development to correctly handle the relationship between economic development and human settlement environment.By using comprehensive assessment indices,coordinated development degree model,scissors difference method and coupling degree model,we analyzed the evolution trend of the economic and human settlement environmental systems,coupling coordinated status,development speed difference and coupling development trend between the two systems in Shijiazhuang city in 2002-2010.In the study period,the economic system's comprehensive assessment index steadily increased,and human settlement environmental system's index slowly and then quickly increased,whose development pace in general was faster than the former.The coupling level of the relations between economic and human settlement environmental development was ascending,which reflected the more and more harmonious relationships between economy and human settlement environment.The scissors difference,that was the development trends difference of the two systems was decreased and then increased further decreased to form a wavy shape.The coupling degree between the economic and human settlement environmental systems stretched across in a(0°,90°) region,which meant that the two systems were in a co-developing status.The coupling degree decreased and then increased in the study period.The human settlement environment had obviously improved during the "Eleventh Five-Year",but more efforts were needed to continuously improve it.
