摘要
人和自然界之间存在着相互依存的动态耦合关系,二者紧密相关,共同构成一个复杂且自适应的社会-生态系统。从政治经济学的立场出发,马克思主义经典作家对人与自然、社会与生态之间的相互关系进行了辩证、整体的分析。文章基于辩证总体性视角,从政治、经济、社会、文化等不同层面对“生态福建”建设实践进行系统梳理,全面回顾习近平生态文明思想在福建的孕育过程。通过聚焦长汀水土流失治理、闽东地区山地综合开发、厦门等地水体治理、福建生态省战略规划、林权制度改革等鲜活案例,总结依托政治条件和社会关系创造生态系统经济价值的福建经验。文章认为,习近平生态文明思想是对马克思主义生态观的传承、发展与再创造,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,体现了社会-生态系统建设“中国方案”的独特优势与魅力。
There are dynamic coupling relations between human and nature,which are closely related and constitute a complex and adaptive society-ecosystem.From the standpoint of political economics,Marxism have made a dialectical and integral analysis of the relationship between human and nature,as well as society and ecology.Based on the perspective of dialectical totality,this paper reviews the construction of“Ecological Fujian”from different levels,such as politics,economy,society and culture,and comprehensively reviews the development process of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization in Fujian.By focusing on the cases of soil and water loss control in Changting,comprehensive mountain development in eastern Fujian,water pollution management in Xiamen,the formulation of strategic planning of Fujian Ecological Province,and the reform of forest rights system,the experience of Fujian in creating ecosystem economic value by relying on political conditions and social relations is summarized.Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization is the inheritance,development and innovation of the Marxist ecological concept.It is an important part of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,demonstrating the advantages and charm of the“Chinese Plan”for the construction of Social-Ecological System.
