HPLC同时测定布渣叶提取物中3种黄酮苷的含量 被引量:9

摘要 目的:建立布渣叶提取物中牡荆苷、异牡荆苷和水仙苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用Waters XbridgeTMC18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液,二元梯度洗脱,流速0.8 mL.min-1,检测波长320 nm,柱温25℃。结果:牡荆苷、异牡荆苷和水仙苷分别在8.512~29.79,8.208~28.73,41.60~145.6 mg.L-1与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为96.30%,97.32%,102.22%。结论:方法简便、可行,重复性好,结果准确,可作为布渣叶提取物的含量测定方法,为其质量控制提供参考依据。 Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of vitexin,lsovitexin and narcissin in extract of Microcos paniculata. Method: Waters XbridgeTM C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used with a step gradient of methanol-1%phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min^-1The detection wavelength was set at 320 nm, and the column temperature was at 25 ℃. Result: There was good linear relationship in the range of 8.152-29.79 mg·L^-1 forvitexin,8.208-28.73 mg·L^-1 forlsovitexin and 41.60-145.6 mg·L^-1 for narcissin.The average recoveries of vitexin,lsovitexinand narcissinwere 96.30%,97.32%and 102.22% respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and can be used for quality control of extract of M.paniculata.
