摘要
将难溶性药物制成固体分散体是提高其溶解度和溶出率的最具应用潜力的方法之一,但由于固体分散体存在着许多缺点,制约工业化发展,特别是老化的问题。本文综述影响固体分散体老化的因素以及防止的方法。
Solid dispersion is one of the most potential applications which are used to improve the solubility and dissolution rate of the poorly soluble drug. But the shortcomings of the solid dispersion, especially the problem of aging, restrict the development of solid dispersion industrialized. The factors affecting the aging of the solid dispersion and the methods of preventing it are discussed.
