摘要
选取2005年~2009年的省级面板数据,运用面板修正标准误估计方法实证检验经济发展水平、技术发展水平、人均自然资源量、环境规制、国际贸易压力、产业结构调整程度等潜在因素对我国循环经济发展水平的影响。结果显示,经济发展水平和人均水资源量对循环经济的发展水平有显著的正面影响;相反,排污费征收水平和第三产业比重则有显著的负面效应;技术发展水平和国际贸易压力的作用未能得到证实。
The paper applies estimation method of PCSE to empirically investigate the impact of potential influence fac- tors by using province -level panel data from 2005 to 2009, that is, economic development level, technology develop- ment level, per capita water resource, environmental regulation, international pressure and adjustment of industrial struc- ture on the development level of circular economy in China. The results show that economic development level and per ca- pita water resource have significant positive influence on the development level of circular economy. On the contrary, the level of charges for disposing pollutants and the proportion of tertiary industry have significant negative effects. The study fails to verify the effect of technology development level and international pressure.
