美托洛尔联合复方氢氯噻嗪治疗老年重症心力衰竭被引量：8

摘要目的探讨美托洛尔联合复方氢氯噻嗪治疗老年重症心力衰竭的疗效。方法将72例重症心力衰竭老年患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组36例。对照组给予利尿剂、强心剂等常规治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上给予关托洛尔联合复方氢氯噻嗪，比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后6个月随访，观察记录患者心功能分级（NYHA）、左室射血分数（LVEF）、血浆脑钠素（BNP），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组总有效率为97．2％，对照组为83．3％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在常规治疗基础上联合应用美托洛尔与复方氢氯噻嗪治疗老年重度心力衰竭疗效明显，值得临床推广应用。
