摘要
目的观察复方陈香胃片对大鼠胃黏膜病理形态改变的影响,探讨其对胃黏膜的保护作用。方法 80只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、复方陈香片组、达喜组和三九胃泰组,每组16只。除正常对照组外均以脱氧胆酸钠、40%酒精及吲哚美辛复合化学刺激法建立慢性胃炎模型,模型复制成功后各组分别连续给药1月,取胃组织标本,观察病理形态学改变。结果与模型组比较,复方陈香片组、三九胃泰组治疗后胃黏膜炎症反应明显减轻,炎症评分均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而复方陈香片组较三九胃泰组下降更明显。结论复方陈香胃片能减轻慢性胃炎胃黏膜炎症反应,具有保护胃黏膜的作用。
Objective To observe the influence of Compound Chenxiang gastric tablets on gastric mucosal pathomorphology of rats with chronic gastritis, and to explore its protective effect on gastric mucosa. Methods Eighty rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, Compound Chenxiang gastric tablets group, hydrotalcite group and Sanjiu Weitai group, 16 rats in each group. Except for normal control group, rats in the other groups were given sodium deoxyeholate, 40 % alcohol and indomethacin to establish the model of chronic gastritis. After the establishment of model, the rats were administered the corresponding drugs according to the experimental design for one continuous month, and then the gastric tissue was sampled for the observation of pathological morphological changes. Results Compared with the model group, gastric mueosal inflammation was relieved apparently, and the score of inflammation was decreased in Compound Chenxiang gastric tablets group and Sanjiu Weitai group after treatment, the difference being statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. And the decrease in Compound Chenxiang gastric tablets group was superior to that in Sanjiu Weitai group. Conclusion Compound Chenxiang gastric tablets can alleviate the gastric mucosal inflammation reaction in chronic gastritis rats, thus play a role in protecting gastric mueosa.
