摘要
目的分析医学实习生心理特点及个性特征,探讨应对方式,提高医学实习生心理健康。方法选择34名医学实习生作为研究组,采用症状自评量表(The symptom checklist 90,SCL-90)评价其心理健康状况,采用艾森克个性问卷(eysenck personal question-naire,EPQ)分析个性特征,比较医学实习生SCL-90及EPQ各因子与常模的差异,并分析其原因及应对方式。结果 SCL-90评分显示,医学实习生躯体化、人际关系敏感、焦虑因子评分及总分高于全国常模(P<0.05),强迫症状、抑郁、敌对、恐怖、偏执及精神病等因子评分与全国常模相似(P>0.05),EPQ问卷调查发现,医学实习生内外向量表、掩饰性量表评分高于全国常模(P<0.05),神经质及精神质量表评分与全国常模无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论医学实习生心理压力较高,情感障碍及个性特征分布具有一定的特点,在实习带教过程中要注意对实习生的心理疏导,提高医学实习生心理健康。
Objective To analyze character trait and mental characteristic on medical trainee, explore coping strategy and improve mental health of medical trainee. Methods Thirty-four cases of medical trainee were selected and served as research groups, state of mental health were evaluated with the symptom checklist 90（SCL-90）, character trait were analyzed with Eysenck personal Question-naire （EPQ）,and different of various factor in SCL-90 and EPQ were contrasted between research groups and norm groups,and anayze reasons and coping strategy. Results SCL-90 score shown that score of somatization, interpersonal relation sensity, anxiety and total score were higher in research groups than in norm groups（P 〈 0.05）,score of compulsion ,depression, hostility, terrible,paranoid and psychosis were identical between research groups and norm groups（P 〉 0.05）. EPQ questionnaire shown that score of extroversion and introversion measuring scale, disguise measuring scale were higher in research groups than in norm groups （P 〈 0.05）, score of extroversion and introversion measuring scale, disguise measuring scale of nervousness and psychoticism measuring scale was identical between research groups and norm groups（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Mental stress was high in medical trainee, affective disorder and distribution of character trait were distinctive, psychological dredging shoud be taken during practice teaching, and improve mental health of medical trainee.
