多并联分支管联箱气液两相流流量分配的研究 被引量:1

摘要 在气液两相流动和流量分配实验台上,对加装笛形管均流器和不加装笛形管均流器的径向引入双入口联箱的分配特性进行了实验研究。实验结果显示,未加装笛形管均流器的联箱发生了严重的气液两相箱分配不均的问题,相分离现象明显。而加装笛形管均流器的联箱两相分配趋于均匀。研究了入口干度对联箱流量分配的影响,发现未加装笛形管的联箱在入口干度较低的时候流量分配不均的现象最为严重,随着入口干度的增加,个别分支管的流量偏差逐渐减弱。而加装笛形管均流器的联箱流量分配特性较为稳定,标准流比偏差系数始终维持在较低水平。 Experiments of the distribution of gas-liquid two phase flow in header system with and without the flute dis- tributor with two radial inlets were carried out in the gas-liquid flow and distribution test loop. Experimental results show that maldistribution problems are happened and phase separation phenomenon is obvious in the header without the flute distributor, while flow distribution tends to be uniform in the header with the flute distributor. The impact of the inlet mass quality to the distribution was also studied in the paper, there is severe uneven two-phase flow distribution in low inlet mass quality and the individual branch pipe flow deviation decreases gradually with the increase of the inlet mass quality in the header without the flute distributor. However, the flow distribution characteristic is comparison of stability and the STD always maintained at low level in the header without the flute distributor.
