摘要
为了提高移动平台的应急通信能力,利用北斗卫星导航系统的导航定位、短报文通信功能,结合工程实践,设计基于移动平台的北斗应急通信系统,突破了高动态信号发射与接收关键技术,可实现移动平台位置、状态、应急告警等信息的传输和卫星自主定位,提高移动平台应急通信能力。试验结果表明系统运行稳定、可靠,且具有较低技术风险和较低成本的优势,可作为移动平台通信的重要补充和应急通信手段。
To improve the ability of emergency communication for mobile platform , based on the navigation and short-message communication capabilities of Beidou satellite navigation system, and in combination of engineering practice, Emergency mobile communication system is proposed and designed. Meanwhile the key technology of high dynamic information transmitting and receiving is successfully broken through, and self-navigation and position, platform state, emergency messages transmission and other capabilities could be achieved, thus the ability of emergency communication for mobile platform is remarkably improved. Experiment result shows that the system is stable and reliable in operation, and has low technical risk and low cost, and thus could serve as an important complementary and emergency communication means for mobile platform communication.
