摘要
采用传统的设计方法对中座零件的铸造工艺进行了设计。为了验证该工艺的合理性,采用最新的铸造模拟软件对所设计的铸造工艺进行了模拟验证。模拟结果表明,采用传统方法设计的浇注系统能满足平稳充型的要求,但冒口根部却仍然存在着铸造缺陷。经过分析后,对该冒口进行了优化,结果表明,优化后的冒口能解决初始工艺中出现的缺陷,证明了该工艺的合理性。
The traditional method was used to the foundry technique for Zhongzuo part. And the newest casting simulation software was introduced to prove the rationality of foundry technique. The results show that the feeding system is satisfied with the request of the smooth filling, but there are some shrinkages still existing in the casting. The riser is optimized after analysis, and the results show that the optimized riser can eliminate the shrinkages effectively and the rationality of the technique is proved.
