摘要
运用Z-cast模拟软件对铸钢球体座铸件的充型和凝固过程分别进行了数值模拟,分析了其缺陷产生的部位和原因。根据模拟结果并结合理论分析,利用该软件优化出了合适的冒口尺寸及其分布。结果表明,该优化工艺实现了铸件的顺序凝固,消除了缩孔、缩松。生产实践表明,采用该铸造工艺,生产的铸件组织致密,符合生产技术要求。
The filling and solidification process for cast steel ball block were simulated by Z-cast software, and the location and cause of shrinkage was analyzed. The size and position of risers were optimized by simulation results and theoretical analysis. The results show that the optimum technology can ensure the progressive solidification of the castings and eliminate shrinkage and porosity. The productive practice indicates that the castings' microstructure produced by the technology is compact and the quality of the castings can meet the technical requirements.
