摘要
拓展训练是一种现代的体育教学方法和训练模式。高职院校的人才培养方向使得拓展训练理念引入体育教学成为发展趋势。因此,对高职院校开展拓展训练的优势进行分析,提出拓展训练课程模式以及拓展训练的教学原则和实施对策具有重要意义。
Expand training is a kind of modern teaching method and training pattern.Higher vocational college＇s talent cultivation orientation makes the expand training into physical education teaching become a development trend.So analyze the curriculum model of expand training,put forward to the teaching principles and implementation countermeasures of expand training have vast importance.
