逆转LTP的研究进展

Progresses on Reversal of Long-term Potentiation

摘要 突触传递的长时程增强(long-term potentiation,LTP)被认为是学习记忆的基础之一.突触传递由已增强状态回到LTP形成前基线水平的过程称为逆转,可由低频刺激、骤冷刺激、药物处理、短时缺氧等去增强的方法获得.对逆转LTP的发现、诱导途径、特性及可能机制等进行了综述. Long-term potentiation (LTP) has been popularly accepted to be one of the potential learning anti memory mechanisms. The reversal of synaptic transmission from previously established LTP state to pre-LTP level is termed "reversal of LTP". Reversal of LTP can he effectively induced by the way of depotentiation such as low frequency stimulation, brief cool shock, drug application, transient hypoxia, etc. The discovery, induction method, characteristics and putative mechanisms of LTP reversal are summarized.
