摘要 目的检测SLIT2与CXCR4在乳腺癌中的表达情况,并进一步探讨SLIT2与CXCR4之间关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测217例浸润性乳腺癌和20例正常乳腺组织标本中SLIT2和CXCR4蛋白的表达情况。结果 SLIT2在正常乳腺组织表达高于乳腺癌,SLIT2与ER、PR表达呈正相关;CXCR4在乳腺癌中高表达,与HER2表达呈正相关,SLIT2与CXCR4的表达呈负相关。结论 SLIT2和CXCR4蛋白与浸润性乳腺癌的发生发展存在一定相关性,检测二者的表达对浸润性乳腺癌治疗及判断预后提供理论依据。 Objective To observe the expression of SLIT2 and CXCR4 in breast cancer,and to explore the relationship between them. Methods To detect the expression of SLIT2 and CXCR4 in 217 cases of invasive breast cancer and 20 cases of normal breast tissue by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of SLIT2 in nortfial breast tissue were higher than those in breast cancer,and positively correlated with ER,PR. CXCR4 were highly expressed in breast cancer,and positively correlated with HER2. SLIT2 and CXCR4 exist negative correlation. Conclusion SLIT2 and CXCR4 have a certain correlation with breast cancer,detecting their expression provide a theoretical basis for the treatment and prognosis of invasive breast cancer.
