摘要
目的:观察以关节松动术为主的综合康复疗法治疗膝关节骨折术后活动功能障碍的疗效。方法:将60例膝关节骨折术后活动功能障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,治疗组以关节松动术为主再辅以综合康复疗法,对照组仅采用综合康复疗法。结果:两组治疗后膝关节活动范围均有增加,日常生活活动能力均有所提高,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义,但治疗组优于对照组。结论:以关节松动术为主的综合康复治疗能提高膝关节的关节活动度和改善患者的日常生活活动能力。
Objective：To investigate the effect of mobilization combined with routine rehabilitation on disfunction of knee after operation. Methods ：Sixty patients with knee disfunction after operation were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. All patients of two groups were treated by routine re- habilitation. The case of the treatment group were added with mobilization. The effect of all patients was assessed be- fore and one month after treatment. Results ：Range of motion and activities of daily living in two groups improved ob- viously,there was significant difference between be{ore and after treatment,the effect of the treatment group was su- perior to that of the control group. Conclusion：Mobilization combined with routine rehabilitation can improve the range of motion and activities of daily living of knee disfunction after operation.
