摘要
装载机工作装置的机械系统和液压系统匹配不当是造成其损坏的主要原因。针对该问题,从系统匹配设计的角度出发,利用三大软件建立装载机工作装置的机-液、刚-柔耦合联合仿真模型,并且利用崛起试验数据对模型的正确性进行了验证。在极限偏载崛起工况下,保持液压系统不变,改变动臂结构参数以降低动臂的最大应力。结果表明,动臂的最大应力降低了约50%,大大提高了动臂的结构强度和可靠性。
Improper matching of the mechanical system and the hydraulic system usually results in the damage of the working device of the loader. In view of the problem, three kinds of software were applied to establish the mechanical-hydraulic and rigid-flexible coupling model of the working device of the loader from the view of system matching, and the correctness of the model was verified by digging test data. In operation mode of digging with limit offset loads, the structural parameters of the lift arm were varied to reduce the maximum stress based on remaining the original hydraulic system. The results showed that the maximum stress of the lift ann decreased by 50%, thus its structural strength and reliability improved.
