摘要
阐述地铁车辆基地的特点及物业开发工作流程,以上海金桥车辆基地为例分析了车辆基地物业开发关键设计要点、决策要点,并提出了相应的解决措施,为以后的车辆基地物业开发提供参考。车辆基地物业开发应结合实际情况,在保证车辆基地功能的前提下,统筹考虑,达到整个项目的最优效果。
This paper elaborates the characteristics of rolling stock depot of metro and the work process of its real estate development. Taking Jinqiao Rolling Stock Depot of Shanghai Metro as an example, this paper analyzes the key points of design and decision for real estate development at a rolling stock depot, and proposes the corresponding solutions so as to provide reference for the real estate development at a rolling stock depot in future. The author thinks that, the real estate development at a rolling stock depot should be planned comprehensively in combination with the actual situation, on the premise of ensuring the functions of a rolling stock depot so as to achieve the optimum of overall project.
