摘要
资源的可持续性是城市轨道交通可持续发展的关键。基于资源视角,提出城市轨道交通的可持续发展应当在社会资源和企业资源的可持续性上寻求支撑。针对我国城市轨道交通的发展困境提出"三位一体"发展战略,认为城市轨道交通运营企业应当构建市场化经营理念,将建设、运营和物业发展融为一体,促进资源实现可持续性的内生性循环和增长,保障运营企业的可持续经营和城市轨道交通的可持续发展。
With the continuous expansion of urban sphere, a sustainable development strategy of URT in China has become one of the most important issues. This paper analyzes the connotation of sustainable development of URT in the resource＇s perspective, points out that the sustainable development of community resource and enterprise resources is first needed for the sustainable development of URT. There are two crucial problems for the sus- tainable development of URT in China： one is that the resources of the society and enterprise haven＇t given URT enough support; the other is that the sustainable development of URT requires urgently a benign interaction with these resources. In view of the difficulties in URT development, this paper puts forward a ＂Three-in-One＂ development strategy for URT operators, argues that the operating enterprises shall build a market-oriented philosophy, integrate the construction, operation and property development, and promote the resources available to achieve an endogenous circulation and growth for the sustainable development and management of URT.
