摘要
目的:建立测定益母草胶囊中盐酸水苏碱含量的高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射法。方法:用甲醇为提取溶剂,色谱柱为Waters SunFireTMC18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),流动相为甲醇-水(78∶22),流速:0.8 mL/min。以蒸发光散射检测器进行检测,用外标两点法对数方程计算。结果:盐酸水苏碱的含量测定范围在0.5359～5.359μg呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998。平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为0.3%。结论:所建立的方法简便易行,能准确可靠地定量检测,可有效地控制益母草胶囊质量。
Objective：To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for determination of stachdrine hydrochloride in Yimucao Capsules.Methods：The samples were extracted by methanol.The determination was performed on Waters SunFireTM C18（5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm）with methanol-water（78∶ 22） as mobile phase at flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1.The detection was performed on an evaporative light-scattering detector,logarithmic equation of external standard two-point method was used to calculate.Results：The content of stachdrine hydrochloride showed a good linearity at the range of 0.5359~5.359 μg,r=0.9998.The average recovery was 99.4% and RSD was 0.3%.Conclusion：The established method is simple,feasible and reliable,it can be used to control the quality of Yimucao Capsules effectively.
